The S&P 500 has gained 17.3% year-to-date on optimism that inflation is trending in the right direction.

🚨What does this mean for Crypto? Important to note any surprises could have significant repercussions for risk assets, including crypto.

🚀 The Fed will likely pause on rate hikes and opt to keep the federal fund’s target rate range between 5.25% and 5.5%. It will also likely continue to allow assets to roll off its $8.1 trillion balance sheet.

🔥 In a strongly worded court submission on Monday, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) emphatically called on a D.C. court to grant permission for an examination of Binance.US. This action reinforces earlier allegations that the company has not complied with the SEC’s request to provide essential documents during the ongoing legal proceedings. The SEC believes Ceffu, rebranded earlier this year from Binance Custody, may also be serving Binance.US, and therefore being used to shift U.S. customer funds out of the country in violation of a previous agreement to not do so.
