In this week's episode, I’m talking to author, journalist, and founder of Thought Leadership PR, Helen Croydon.

Helen is a former journalist, the author of three books including ‘Screw The Fairytale: A Modern Girl’s Guide To Sex & Love’, and the founder of her own PR practice, Thought Leadership. She is also a passionate triathlete and lover of the outdoors.
