Episode Details

I. In vv1-2 We hear the accusation of the Pharisees against Jesus. There we see the hypercritical legalism of false religion.  II. In vv3-6 we hear the counterattack of Jesus against the Pharisees. He exposes their insincere religious commitments and hardness of heart. III. In vv7-9 we hear Jesus sum up the Pharisees as pretenders, with no true heart for God.
