On today's minisode, I'm talking about the peace that comes with living alone.

As single, childfree women, we are in the fortunate position of not having to deal with the moods and emotions of either a partner or children in our day to day home lives. But because most of the world is busy celebrating the 'traditional' way of life, the benefits of being the only human in your living space are rarely celebrated in the same way, if at all.

There is much to be said for not having to deal with a screaming toddler, a moody teenager, or an argumentative partner. Instead, we get to revel in the peace and calm of a household just for one. Heaven.
