Episode 18 - Dr. Martin Moore-Ede

Join us in this conversation with the legendary Dr. Martin Moore-Ede, MD, also known as the "Light Doctor".  Dr. Moore-Ede shares about the profound health impact light has on circadian rhythm function. Poor circadian function underlies ALL modern diseases (cancer, heart disease, diabetes, depression, Alzheimer's, etc).

Dr. Moore-Ede and his team discovered the suprachiasmatic nucleus (aka the "SCN", your body's master clock) during his tenure at Harvard University. This monumental discovery was critically important to understanding how circadian biology is the key to health or disease. Light has the biggest impact on circadian health for all mammals!

Dr. Moore-Ede is pioneering a light revolution through his research and spearheading the invention and production of a light bulb that contains only a circadian-friendly blue spectrum and also changes its color temperature in harmony with the seasons!
