Description
The proposed United States’ National Defense Authorization Act bill for 2024 can be argued as the most significant piece of legislation ever written because of the potential world-shattering effects it could have on the human race. Also, John Gertz, a former official of the SETI Institute, believes nations need to prepare diplomatic strategies in the event extraterrestrials come to Earth. Problem is they are already here.
