❗ Visa expands stablecoin settlement capabilities to merchant acquirers. Business Wire article states Visa, announced its next step in modernizing cross-border money movement. Visa is expanding its stablecoin settlement capabilities to the high-performing Solana blockchain and is working with merchant acquirers Worldpay and Nuvei.

🔴 Coinbase has created a new crypto lending service in the U.S. for institutional clients. CoinDesk article states the platform was quietly revealed in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Sept. 1, which showed $57 million had already been raised for the program. Article here https://lnkd.in/exhBfzNK This latest lending service is geared toward institutions, which means regulation is less onerous on the presumption large investors have the sophistication to handle it.

❗ South Korean banking giant KEB Hana partners with BitGo which opens doors to crypto Forkast.News states KEB Hana Bank’s partnership with the crypto custodian ties one of the largest financial groups in the country to the digital asset space.
