The plaintiff says he gave the defendants expensive jewelry to sell in their consignment shop. He claims they removed his valuables from their displays after an argument over payment, and now they won’t give his items back. He’s suing for their value. The defendants claim their policy states that the items become theirs if the goods don’t sell and the owner fails to reclaim them within 150 days. They say the plaintiff disappeared for a year.   

Then, the plaintiff says he brought his iPhone to the defendant’s shop for repair, but it stopped working again a day later. He claims the defendant wanted another $100 to fix it, so he’s suing for his money back. The defendant claims the plaintiff came back seven months later with a damaged phone complaining that the phone didn’t work. He says he owes nothing.
