Originally this was a live done on Facebook, but I felt it needed to become an episode so that everyone may feel less stressed in a world that often feels overwhelming – especially regarding personal development.
Truth be told, self-growth and self-awareness develop through daily practice. What are you doing on a daily basis to grow, learn, and attain a higher sense of emotional intelligence? Little changes bring about big results.
In the episode, I speak a lot about my favorite topics: Self-awareness being the catalyst to change and self-love being the backbone for change to occur, everyone needs to take more responsibility for their lives, and how your fears are really your excuses for why you don’t think you can change.
