The Egyptian short fiction film Mama, directed by Nagy Ismail, won the Best Short Narrative Film Award from the Malmö Arab Film Festival in Sweden.The award was received by the film's producer, Kawthar Younes. It is directed and written by Nagy Ismail. The management of the Cairo International Film Festival had chosen him to participate in the official competition for short films at the festival.
