Description

Mannah here in a slow talk about allowing the natural flow of breath.... I sort of forgot the astrology in this one, but my best guess is that Saturn is at play, when we experience confinement - we need it, but can overdo it at the expense of intimacy. It's like an overactive left brain. Join me in this solo as I speak to:

-Some bodily dysfunction we don't notice yet ignore..... I don't know that I know, sort of logic

- Tensions, contraction and the possibility to transform it

- Inner wounded child

- Advice as the devil

- Distortions

-Fear of the past in the present going into the future!

- You cannot take it with you when you die

- Desire for heartful connection

- Unconscious trying hard to be loved

-The need to plug in to something in order to heal, rather than thinking it away, explaining it away

-Helping Professionals and the risk of burn out by the impulse to stop the other persons pain

-Identities creating pressure creating chronic illness - potentially

- Awareness of your inside while in communication with another

-The personalization of a collective pathology due to modern life

- Interviewing- pressure

- Long held muscular patterns

-Strategies of disconnection and just force your way through

- Breathe instead

- What are you afraid of?

- Fear, internal conflicts, and the way you relate to them

- Wounds carried over from life to life

- Meditation & Self Examination
