Every one of us at one point, we're a child and children can be so silly. You know, they do things that are creative. And they can imagine, you know, just a rolled up piece of paper being something that's very important like a sword, or they can be riding in a toy car and pretend like they're going on to the moon and all kinds of silly things. And I know that you did things like that too, when you were a child. So here we are adults, and we are always acting like adults. But inside us is that same creative silliness. So the challenge for the day is to be thinking about what you can do to be silly or be creative for the day. It will be so much fun, it will brighten your day and also will help you connect with the things that you used to do and maybe even in joy, the way that you can be more childlike.
