Well, that's the end of our Carabao Cup journey for one season. We can officially put the energy drinks down.
Wrexham suffered penalty heartache in a shootout defeat against Bradford City - but there was a controversial penalty given against the returning Aaron Hayden which the lads discuss.
Nathan and Rich are on hand to unpack the cup exit by Bradford, look at what is going wrong for a handful of players right now, while they also get opposition views ahead of games against Tranmere Rovers and Newcastle United's U21s in the next week.
The lads also catch up with Neil and Mia Roberts - two soon-to-be stars of the upcoming Series 2 of Welcome to Wrexham.
