Geoff and Louisa Anderson moved from the Northern Territory to take on Truffles of Tasmania, the state's largest truffle farm. It was a romantic vision with family as a priority - the farm is blessed with rainfall, extremely pretty and trained truffle dogs came with the purchase. But farming is tough…has it been a dreamy treechange?
