After 127 years of operation, San Francisco's beloved Anchor Brewing Company shut down operations earlier this year. Bought by Sapporo in 2017, Anchor Brewing's revenues had been declining for years before the call was made to liquidate the business. But workers are fighting back to save their jobs—and this historic city icon.
