As a CBT Practitioner of 18 years I wanted to describe what CBT is and how it can help you in terms of understanding and managing mood, mindset and behaviours that might not be serving you.
I talk about therapeutic techniques with my clients in order to remove emotional barriers that are driving them to emotionally eat or self-sabotage in other ways, so that they can overcome those barriers and smash their weight loss and wellbeing goals.
