Without a schedule you’re going to lose track of jobs, you’ll lose time and ultimately you’ll lose control. If you think the schedule is cemented in place and nothing can or will change you’ll lose just as much. It’s important to have enough flexibility to maintain a consistent work-flow without debilitating yourself by being too rigid. Let’s face it, scheduling can be a pain in the a** but we can help with that, just remember to keep your cool and be prepared for some changes.
