Today we are talking about Tip #1 on making successful commitments that produce results which is: Commitment is Nothing More Than Choice.
You are choosing your desired future outcome over your current reality. If you really want to lose weight, then you choose to be fit. If you really want to save money for a down payment on a house, then you choose to make a budget and stick to it. That’s it - you just made a choice! The chocolate cake and new shoes didn’t even enter your mind because they aren’t what you really want. What you really want is to be fit, or to own your own home. Once you choose your desired future outcome, you remove the struggle that leads to exceptions.
Tune in tomorrow for Tip #2 on making successful commitments that produce results.
