The Invisible Rainbow, Pt. 3

Episode 126 Published 2 years, 6 months ago
Description
Today's episode is the last installment of this three-part series on non-native EMF's negative impact on not just our health, but the health of our planet, including birds, bees and other insects, as well as trees and plants. From the book, The Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenberg, we can certainly glean the impact and consequences to our biology of virtually swimming around in an ocean of frequencies our physiology has never been exposed to at any point of the existence of the earth. It's time to take EMF-mitigating strategies as seriously as we do our diet and exercise for optimal health, well-being and longevity.   My number one EMF-mitigating tactic is using grounding/earthing products for when I am in bed, at my desk, on my couch, etc. As we learned from Clint Ober's book, Earthing, you are literally protecting your body from non-native EMFs whenever you are grounding yourself. What a simple, inexpensive way to combat this EMF-laden world we now live in. My favorite grounding products come from Clint Ober's company: Earthing.com
I hope you have enjoyed this three-part series and have found the information interesting, impactful and mind-expanding. If you want to dig deeper and learn more, check out the book by clicking the link above in the description or below in the show notes. As always, light up your health!

Episode Highlights:
Grounding is anti-EMF (4:46): We start our journey by exploring the intriguing concept of grounding as a potential shield against the pervasive influence of EMFs.
Jumping into the chapter: Bees, Birds, Trees, and humans (5:45): Together, we'll navigate the interwoven lives of bees, birds, trees, and humans, uncovering how EMFs impact each element.
EMF's effect on birds (6:40): Discover how the harmonious world of birds is disrupted by the presence of EMFs, influencing their behavior and even their navigational abilities.
EMFs and abnormal development in embryos (8:44): Join me as we peer into the disconcerting link between EMFs and abnormal development in embryos, raising questions about the unseen impacts.
Reproduction near antennas (12:04): Let's examine the potential risks that loom when living near EMF-emitting antennas, and how this might intertwine with reproductive health.
Losses in pigeon populations (15:18): Delve into the mysterious losses within pigeon populations and the unexpected role EMFs might play in this puzzle.
EMF's effect on insects (17:21): The tiny world of insects holds big secrets. Tune in as we uncover how EMFs disrupt their lives, including a fascinating case with cell phone radiation and fruit flies.
Phone batteries (21:36): Ever wondered about the connection between EMFs and our trusty phone batteries? Let's explore this technological dance.
DNA damage (24:42): Brace yourselves for a closer look at the unsettling evidence linking prolonged EMF exposure with DNA damage – a revelation that might just redefine our understanding.
EMF's effect on bees (25:08): The tale of bees takes center stage. Discover how EMFs might contribute to the concerning decline in bee populations and its wider ramifications.
Losses in bees (33:40): We delve deeper into the losses within bee populations, pondering the potential cascading effects on our ecosystems.
Insects can sense electromagnetism (38:51): Uncover the fascinating abilities of insects to sense electromagnetism and how EMFs coul
