Mateah Roehl joins the show to fill us in on her experience in the wrestling world this past year! She discusses her immersion into the coaching world and everything she has learned in the past year including some highlights of her coaching experience. We then talk about what went into her decision to stop wrestling last year, and journey she's been on to regain her love of the sport and potentially step back on the mat. Mateah has grown a lot over the years we've had her on the show and it's awesome to hear her share her experience in the sport of wrestling!
