Episode Details

All of our guests on REIA Radio are just genuine kind hearted people who want the best for the people around them and Kim Stephens is no different. She and her husband Tim Stephens lost everything back in 2008, a story she shares not to far into her interview. That crash was the reason Kim got into short sales. And the story gets even more interesting after that; Shortly after her first short sale deal, Kim met Jeri Schlickbernd, our guest host on a couple of previous episodes, who was the expert on short sales and had just moved to Omaha. Wait till you hear the rest of Kim and Jeri’s story. However, at the very beginning of the interview, Owen jumps right into Kim’s vacation rental property she bought in Belize, which also happens to be her first investment property. Hear why she chose Belize and a whole lot more in REIA Radio Episode 95 with Kim Stephens.
