Jacob Rothman, Dr. Otto Janke, Andrew Bryant, Bill Snyder | Office Hours #390
Description
Jacob Rothman
He was a member of MIT’s varsity baseball team when he herniated a disc in his back while doing a warm-up set of squats. He believes he could have avoided injury if he had lifted the weight properly, but he couldn’t always have a strength coach looking over his shoulder, so he & some fellow MIT student-athletes – Nate Rodman and Jordan Lucier – decided to build a coach of their own, a digital version that could visually monitor every lift.
Dr. Otto Janke
Dr. Otto Janke has been immersed in helping people to create a legacy of health. It was 6 words his mother spoke in her last 2 months of life that sent him on a dogged mission to teach - lead - educate - kick in the ass, for people to not only have more years, but more better years. He was a nationally medaled wine maker and a singer in a punk rock band.
Andrew Bryant
Global Thought-Leader, Andrew Bryant, has been transforming individuals and organizations with his Self-Leadership Methodology through coaching, speaking and facilitation, for nearly 25-years. He is on a mission to 'Wake People Up' to live and work with intention and influence so that they create an impact.
Bill Snyder
With more than 70M Americans suffering from digestive health issues, the annual cost of GI disease reaches $136 billion annually -- far greater than heart disease, trauma or mental health.
