Recently I have been feeling quite burnt out and out of routine which is definitely a summer time vibe. We are always so much busier and more likely to be out of routine during the summer, but how do we combat these feelings? Today we will talk about what burnout is like and how we can get back into routine after feeling out of one for a while.
