Thich Nhat Hanh wrote, “Because of your smile, you make life more beautiful.” Studies show that a smile is a powerful antidote for stress, pain, and anxiety — it inspires hope, peace and connects us with others. A smile can harness the power of positivity and gently lead us towards feeling better. When we share a smile, our brain releases natural mood boosting endorphins, which provides a surge of happiness to both ourselves and everyone around us. A smile holds within it the power to show happiness, gratitude, and appreciation for the blessings in our lives. Discover how a simple smile can transcend obstacles even on out worst day to change the world by spreading warmth, igniting inspiration, and building our connections to LOVE.
