The 6-foot-5, 260-pound Franklin is a defensive lineman ranked as the top prospect in the state of Mississippi for the 2024 recruiting class. He chose Ole Miss over Auburn, Tennessee and Miami (Fla.).
Franklin is ranked as a Top 30 recruit by all but one of the four major recruiting services. He’s a five-star on 247Sports and Rivals. The On3 Industry Ranking has Franklin as the No. 39 overall prospect in the country, as well as the No. 7 defensive lineman.
