In this edition, our Steering Committee members discuss two of the latest papers in the field of axSpA therapeutics, providing their own insights and experience into two very interesting publications. Our first paper aimed to use mediation modelling to determine whether tofacitinib improved fatigue symptoms directly or indirectly. Our second paper shows that IV-golimumab reduces fatigue symptoms in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
