Todd Dexheimer, Principal of Endurus Capital and VitaCare Living, started investing in real estate in 2008. Today his companies have owned over $500 million of Multifamily, senior housing, and commercial real estate and raised nearly $80 million of private capital.

Todd has purchased and renovated apartments, single-family homes, a mobile home park, and even a ski resort. He is the owner of Cretin Construction, and is licensed as a general contractor. Todd is also the host of the podcast Pillars of Wealth Creation, which is a bi-weekly podcast teaching others how to operate successful businesses.
