Description
Today I share my experience and what I have seen with my clients regarding our belief systems, what it truly means to believe, questioning what it means to believe, and showing up in a way that speaks to our true conviction on a topic. I also dive into what it truly feels like to trust your gut instincts and intuition and how important it is to practice this skill. For example, we always play with fear and intuition but often do not even know that this is what we are doing. How difficult it is to be courageous at times and dance between fear and intuition.
At the end of the episode, I review the topic of energetics and how difficult it is to balance between feminine and masculine energetics, in other words, how to create balance in our lives.
