Kaitlin Sandeno Hogan is an American former competitive swimmer, Olympic gold medalist, world champion, and former world record-holder. She also is now the national spokesperson of the Jessie Rees Foundation, a motivational speaker, coach, sports commentator, emcee, and host for world-class sporting events.

They discuss Kaitlin’s journey beginning at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia, while she was still a high school student, her transition into business, and the lessons she’s brought from her competitive swimming career into the world of entrepreneurship and leadership. They talk about support, ego, and Kaitlin’s thoughts on the toxic “Gold or nothing” culture.
