Joshua Kagan is the Co-Founder & CEO of Bonfire, a tokenized real estate platform focused on helping everyday people build commercial real estate portfolios. Prior to starting Bonfire, Joshua was the Managing Director of CleanFund - a speciality finance company that provides capital to commercial buildings; additionally, he was the Operations Lead for Richard Branson’s Carbon War Room which was focused on deploying capital into energy efficiency projects in commercial buildings. Joshua purchased his first residential project in 2011 and since then has participated as a sponsor or investor in more than a hundred million dollars worth of commercial and residential real estate projects.
