Kriss Akabusi MBE is a man most will recognise. Known for his medal wins in the European & World Championships and ending up on the podium in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona after arguably one of the most exciting races, a race where he broke the British Record, Kriss has achieved an incredible amount in his life.
He also is a Member of the British Empire receiving his award from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace before embarking on a TV career which saw him present Record Breakers and appear regularly on The Big Breakfast, A Question Of Sport and They Think Its All Over.
It could have been all so different...
And in this engaging interview with one of Britains favourite sports personalities, Kriss explains his whole story from growing up in London, ending up in care, the military and then to the man we see today.
We also discuss Motivational Speaking with Kriss and why you should "Tend Your Garden" and how you should "Believe in Yourself".
