After cutting his teeth at the Michelin starred Fischer’s of Baslow Hall in Derbyshire, England in his teens, Chris Hagan (Locale, Noosa) scored an opportunity to stage in a series of restaurants in New Zealand. He was hooked on the produce and comradely in the kitchen and forged a career there until he sort to further his career in Australia. After working is some of the best regional restaurants in Australia, he’s leading the team and a key part of the thriving Noosa hospitality scene.
