Many of us grew up hearing the verbiage used in a famous commercial that “depression hurts.” In today’s society, many people have experienced the reality that depression does hurt, and sometimes when it hurts the most, finding the proper language to identify the struggle and the right resources to help us heal are not always easy to find. In this episode, Alli & Lindsey are joined by Pennsylvania Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Marriage Counselor, Brad Aldrich. Brad’s experience in this area within the church and other professional settings has given him a lot of fantastic resources, practical knowledge, and encouragement for those who may be struggling.
