Christina has been adhering to a carnivore diet for over four years now. Her athletic performance has seen consistent improvement each year since adopting this lifestyle. She proudly claimed a bronze medal in the Women's 800m at the World Masters Championships in Poland this past March, and she also won gold as a part of the 4x200m relay team. In addition to her sporting accomplishments, she has devoted 11 years of her life to educating the youth, working as a Health and Physical Education teacher at a high school.
