Former President Trump is charged with conspiracy to overturn an election. It's a coup attempt called out in the indictment. Special Prosecutor Jack Smith says Trump and six co-conspirators orchestrated a plot to overturn the election results so he could stay in power. Former Vice President Mike Pence says "Anyone who puts himself over the Constitution should never be President." Mark welcomes John Rothmann to discuss.
