While growing up Josh Gregory (Thermidor Oyster Bar and Brasserie) was a fussy eater and was never really interested in food, but after landing work as a kitchen hand the door to a life in food opened in front of him. After cutting his teeth in some of Australia’s and London’s best restaurants he is now on the verge of opening his first restaurant, and the challenge is far greater than he anticipated.
