Karen was a full-time footballer by the age of 14, playing for teams such as Arsenal, Chicago, Chelsea, and Birmingham City. She then went on to become one of England's most capped players and playing for Team GB at London 2012.
Now a retired player, Karen is an active runner! if any sport is going to keep you "on the ball" at work and in life, it's running.
