This Special Episode is an hour long conversation with Casey Reed and Luke Faust about their Dryfire System.

For $15/month, you can subscribe and they have already built a complete dryfire schedule for you to include videos, drills and targets. If you already have peel and stick targets, you can use those. If not, just print the 8.5'x11" sheet of paper targets and tape them to a wall and get at it.

They created a shooting pyramid that covers all of the necessary skills to improve. They ensure that you get a variety in each week's schedule so there is no training bias. Plus, no more wasted time trying to devise a schedule.
