Liv grew up in Birmingham and suffered from a mental illness at a very young age, which turned her to drinking at age 14. After many years of burying her problems in a bottle, she realised there was hope in sobriety. Now she has a huge following on social media where she speaks openly about her relationship with mental illness and sobriety hoping to help others on their journey. They speak about about self-love, addiction and how to navigate depression.
