This is my story of how ketamine psychedelic medicine helped me heal a core wound I was carrying for over 10 years. While I yearned to be seen, I didn't know how much I was holding on to. When you don't know what you don't know, it can really hold you back.This episode is not promoting the help of psychedelics, to each their own. It's for the purpose of sharing my story to be of service to anyone else going through something similar. Healing the wounds of visibility is correlated to healing your past.
