He is the founder and CEO of Cotopaxi, a highly popular, carbon-neutral outdoor gear brand founded to create sustainably designed products that fight extreme poverty, inspire adventure, and move people to do good. In 2021 alone, Cotopaxi aided over 1 million people in extreme poverty through their non-profit partnerships and revenue sharing. Davis is also a member of the United Nations Foundation Leadership Council.
