EP 113: Autism: Allergies and Histamine

Episode 113 Published 2 years, 7 months ago
Description

It's allergy season. For those of us with environmental allergies, spring and fall can be difficult times. For others with food allergies, pet allergies, or mold and dust allergies, everyday can be a difficult time!

You know typical allergy symptoms, however non-typical allergy symptoms include acid reflux, morning crankiness, anxiety, and insomnia!

This can be known as a Histamine Intolerance, very similar to a Lactose Intolerance. There is even histamine in your foods contributing to your symptoms!

Dr. Jared Skowron, 20-year international autism doctor, will guide you through understanding histamine and allergies, along with how to help your child with autism, using natural supplements, and without needing pharmaceuticals!
