Jesus is moved by faith. Faith doesn't come just from what is said but by what is done - the action proves our belief in God. In seeking more of God, by responding to His promise with action, this is actually our faith. We can be sure, that if we're seeking him for more power, we will receive. The Holy Spirit isn't meant to be some kind of optional extra for your life but it's the intent of God that you would walk in power all your days.
