The Duggars, Satan, and Theology: Only Jesus Slays the Dragon!
Published 3 years, 2 months ago
Description
The Duggars, family behind 21 Kids and Counting, have been the subject of controversy of late due in part to the teaching that the family held to. Karai and Meredith share thoughts on and around the topic of the show and the family. We use the Duggars and Bill Gothards teaching as a case study in two of the prominent dangers of hyper-conservative theology: 1) Believing any earthly might stands a chance against Satan and 2) Forgetting the mercy of the Father and the Son.
