I am deeply passionate about redefining health by anchoring us back in the foundations of true wellness ; faith, mindset & trauma, nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, connecting with nature and community. I believe God has created and woven our bodies with His purpose, and when we can get back to genuine design, we live optimally. When we begin to rebuild our bodies and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to step into greater and deeper healing by God's grace.
This week I had the pleasure of having Ali on who is a momma, farmer, wife, and absolute GIFT to have as a new friend. Ali has a farmstand (the cutest you'll ever see) here in Omaha that runs by the honor system. In this episode we talk about how this farm stand came to be, how she farms on less than an acre, living with the rhythms of the seasons, tips for starting your own garden or farm, and so much more! I loved how grounded Ali is in the honesty of living -- we talk a lot about how farming connects you with the earth, yourself, and the world around you in a way that nothing else does. Spending an hour with Ali felt like sitting next to the fire with a warm cup of tea, talking to your favorite pal -- I hope you feel the same!
