Mary Berry is the CEO and Founder of Cosmos Labs - one of the industry’s leading (and only!!) female-owned skincare labs.
After selling her business Texas Beauty Labs back in 2019 - she has recently returned to beauty manufacturing with Cosmos Labs, which specializes in premium skincare, body care, haircare and deodorants.
Notably, Mary was the formulator behind Native’s cult-favorite aluminum-free deodorants and helped to scale the brand from 500 bars a week to 24,000 a day. And most recently, she partnered up with Vanessa Hudgens to help formulate her revamped Know Beautyproduct line which just launched.
As a contract manufacturer and skincare formulator with over a decade of experience, Mary can translate product labels, decode manufacturing processes, and answer controversial questions for consumers and beauty brand founders.
