Threads, which was launched on Wednesday as an offshoot of Instagram, offers users the ability to post text content. The app has already gained significant traction, with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg reporting 70 million new sign-ups in just a few days. However, legal concerns have arisen as an attorney representing Musk-owned Twitter has suggested the possibility of taking legal action against Threads, alleging the unauthorized use of Twitter's trade secrets and other intellectual property.
