Many women don’t talk about their disordered eating past. But I’m beginning to believe that it’s more common than we might think… For instance, Maree - one of our gorgeous clients - started restricting her food and throwing up when she was in her teens, keeping it a secret for a really long time.

However, she’s come a long way since then! She's lost 10kgs, improved her digestive issues, energy, cycle issues and confidence!
