Justin B is a sex addict and a food addict living in the miracle of recovery. Justin's passion lies in sharing and learning about the commonalities and successful recovery strategies for all types of addictions. Drawing from his personal experience, he has found that the power of the 12 Steps, as outlined in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous and adapted to many other fellowships, has been instrumental in his own journey to recovery. Justin has discovered that there are similarities in the success stories of people from all walks of life, regardless of their faith, background, nationality, orientation, race, or addiction. His ultimate goal is to connect with people in a way that inspires them to recognize their own worth. Justin works in this goal by seeking guidance from his Higher Power and striving to reflect light that inspires hope, meaning, worth, and growth in others. He is excited to be a guest on this new Reco12 project and share his experience, strength, and hope in this meeting today about the full version of the Serenity Prayer and the concept of Acceptance.
