A few weeks ago we discussed the importance of  understanding the future of pine management in regards to whitetail deer. The future is bleak for many people, but we didn’t want to leave you with no next steps or suggestions to help combat this issue. 

In this episode we chat about not replanting with pines and the proper way to manage early successional stages for diversity. Pines can be utilized or managed for dead zones and visual screens to limit visibility on farms as well. All deer hunters need a place to blow their wind during the fall.
